Partners

Incrementum is committed to working together with the following partners to deliver consistently high standards throughout all our housing developments.

Warrington Borough Council Logo

Warrington Borough Council

Incrementum is a housing company that is wholly-owned by Warrington Borough Council. Established in 2019, its chief purpose is to reuse redundant Council land assets to create new, high quality and policy-compliant residential neighbourhoods. The intention is that these neighbourhoods will serve as exemplars to the private sector in terms of civic design, innovation and environmental stewardship, whilst also creating a long-term income stream for the Council as sole shareholder.
